At Scientific Astro Vastu Consultancy, we value your trust and strive to provide clarity in our policies.

Cancellations

• Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• If canceled within the allowed time, you may reschedule without penalty.

Refunds

• Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable, as they involve personalized analysis and time investment.
• No Refund Policy. Once a consultation is booked, it is considered final, and no refunds will be provided for any reason.
• In case of technical issues or errors on our part, we will either reschedule the session or issue a refund.
• In the rare event that a refund is approved due to one of the exceptions listed above, the following process will be followed:
• Request Submission: Submit a detailed refund request via our email at scientificastro.vastu56@gmail.com within 10 days of the booking date. Please include the issues encountered, and any relevant screenshots or documentation in support of your claim.
• Review and Approval: Our support team will review your request and notify you of the approval status within 3-5 business days.
• Processing Time: Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the fee.
